Yes, been in viva hollandia it was not a raiding guild but i love to raid and get the maximum exp out of classes. 
Why do you want to leave your last guild?
Because I would love to be more than just a player.
Have you read the guild and raid rules, and do you agree to follow them?

Can you be flexible with your gameplay, such as trying different class specialisations for the greater good of the raid?
Yes I can.
Can you meet the requirement of three nights a week of raiding?
I do meet the requirements, however i've got work and things can get ugly there so i wont be able to play every raid.
How did you find out about Kraken?

Hey Key, happy too see your apply here. We met yesterday during our premaderaid. Succesfully killed a few bosses. We spoke a little bit during the day. Very curious towards which class you prefer to play.

Kay - what classes specs have you raised with in the past and what do you enjoy raiding with? 
I've raised a couple classes to maximum lvl back in the day. paladin tank to 90 was my main. swapped to warrior in warlords of draenor since I find it funny to spin around.

Why are you abandoning and starting fresh rather than realm transferring an established character?
Because Kraken is looking for a RDPS, and I currently have none lvl 100 on this server so I decided if I could join the guild I would start fresh on the guilds main server.

How did you hear about us and why did you choose lightbringer over a more raid heavy realm?
Purely because I like the way kraken was playing in the premaderaid 2 days ago.

Thanks for your responses. Yes we are only looking for ranged dps, good point!

I'm glad our raids are something you enjoy, we want to have fun during our raids (but still kill stuff at a decent rate, that's part of the fun). 

We've decided to accept you as a social member right now - that means you'll be in the guild, can use team speak to chat, can get help from guildies etc, but not raid. Once you hit level 100 and get to an appropriate gear level ( likely to be around ilvl 695) we will pop you up to trial and start bringing you to raids.

Class? We are looking for a boomkin/shadow priest/warlock or hunter. I've always wanted a shadow priest in our raid team and it has the advantage of off spec heals. It's up to you what you play but one of those classes would fit with us well. 

Whisper anyone in the guild for an invite in whatever class you make. We'll be happy to help out when we can, especially to burn you through cats dungeons so you don't have to actually do that content. 

Some things to make starting a new character on this server easier though -

-heirlooms can be sent cross server with enchants as far as I know. If not I can give you the enchants you need. Definitely get a full set of the experience heirlooms for 50% faster levelling. The level 1-100 will set you back a fair Lenny but gives you something to do with all the gold on your old server
-you can cage your pets and sell them on this server for fast gold
-300% bonus xp pots can be bought on the AH now
-the empowered apexis fragment (upgrades baleful to 695) is BoA so you can buy them on your old toons and send them to your new one for very fast gearing
-you can buy a boa book from the BMaH that will let you fly in pandaria at level 85 that costs less than unlocking flying at level 90
-I'll send you some bags when I get back that will make life much easier
- at level 100 we can run mythic dungeons with you for gear
